Our Story
Velvet Chaos (or VC) comes from the love of events and all of it's details. We wanted to bring a fresh perspective to planning.
Meet The Team
Alisha has been planning professionally for over a decade. She started with large corporate events and trade shows and eventually friends and loved ones asked her to help with their weddings and events. BOOM in 2017 ANA Trio Solutions was established. In 2023 she decided it was time to expand and rebranded with VC!
Her favorite things about weddings is making them as unique as her couples. She is always down for something new and different and is happy to help you make it happen.
She lives in Denver, Colorado with her partner and their rescue dog Roux. When she not wedding planning you can find Alisha traveling, eating and dancing in her kitchen while singing into a wooden spoon.
Rahea has been in the event space for over a decade leading a local Denver catering company. From small corporate parties to upscale weddings she has done it all!
Her favorite part about events is getting to see each clients vision come to life and being a part of something that leaves a lasting impression on those that attend.
As a Colorado Native, you can find Rahea in the Mountains every chance she gets hiking, snowboarding or enjoying the views over a good cocktail.

When did VC form?
Like any good love story - VC was an idea built over some tequila and in 2023 the business was born!
What do you wear to events?
We are always dressed professionally and if asked to the theme of the event. Most days it's 50 shades of black, accessorized with a clipboard.
I don't see the package I need -- what do I do?
Our team actually creates custom packages and proposals for each event because we believe no two events are the same. Pay for what you need and nothing that you don't.
What is the VC go bag?
Established out of necessity the VC go bag is a GIANT suitcase that we lug around filled with essential items from bandaids to a blow torch.
Do you travel?
100% domestic, international and everywhere in between. We are along for the ride, no matter where it takes us!
When should I start planning my wedding?
Anywhere from 10 - 14 months before your big day is a good rule of thumb. Whenever you are ready to start the process we are here to help!
